Being environmentally friendly is really important to us. We save over 100 tonnes of computer equipment from going to landfills each and every year. Most of these items contain harmful materials such as mercury, cadmium and lead. We also use environmentally friendly cleaning products, grease and lead free soldering.
Certified trained technicians
Our technicians are certified by the manufacturers and are constantly updating their knowledge through courses and seminars. This eliminates the guess work that is usually associated with repairs, saves on labour and improves the turnaround times.
Fast turnaround times
We strive for a 24 hour turnaround time on all repairs and are usually successful in accomplishing this due to our large stock of parts, trained technicians and professional diagnostic equipment. Sometimes it does take longer though due to availability of the parts, shipping times or if we’re really busy.
Free diagnostics and estimates
Providing free diagnostics and estimates is extremely important to our clients. We feel it is only fair for the clients to know what is wrong with their equipment and how much it will cost to repair it before the repair is initiated. If they decide it is too expensive or decide not to repair it for any other reason, there are never any questions or charges.
Affordable flat rates
There are no hidden fees or hourly charges. In the free estimates, we provide our clients with the price of the parts and the flat rate cost for the labour. We stand behind our estimate so there are no surprises on the invoice after the repair is performed.
120 days warranty on repairs
All of the repairs come with a 120 day warranty on parts and labour. If within 4 months there will be any problems with the repair we have performed, we’ll fully take care of it. This gives our clients a good opportunity to test out the repair and make sure the issue has been resolved.
Large stock of parts
We carry a large stock of parts for all of the equipment we repair therefore greatly reducing the turnaround time on many repairs. All of our parts are brand new OEM parts as we feel that the best quality parts are manufactured by the original manufacturer.
Component level repairs
By providing component level repairs, we greatly reduce the repair costs for our clients. It’s not unusual to see the price of the faulty components being less than 1% of the cost of a new part therefore the clients repair cost is mostly comprised of labour and very little cost for the new components.
