At that point you will be given an option of either proceeding with the data recovery process or picking up the hard drive free of charge. Once the data recovery process is complete, you may come in and see the recovered files prior to providing payment. The recovered data will be available on either a DVD or it will be uploaded to a dedicated server allowing only you to access your files. The recovered files will be available for duration of one week, after which the data will be permanently deleted using the DoD 5220.22-M data wiping method.
